wrong path to udev rule in setup-udev.sh #8

In the phidgets_api package, the setup-udev.sh scripts points to the wrong location of the udev rule, hence failing to copy the rule to /etc/udev/rules.d/

Fixed in commit 628d7ca94f257e432f7610ac302821a731698a18
