Fatal message mentioning defunct phidgets_c_api package #9

When the udev rule is not set up (i.e., has the udev rule has not been copied to /etc/udev/rules.d), a fatal message is thrown mentioning the phidgets_c_api package, which no longer exists in the phidgets_drivers metapackage.
