[CI] Use an existing CI configuration so that we'll be free from maintaining it. #46

Travis is failing to refer to env var (e.g. here).

Besides that, I think we want to check source build too that was introduced in https://github.com/ccny-ros-pkg/scan_tools/pull/33

I fixed the issue and added source build, and Travis passed :smiley:
