[CI config] Add ROS Kinetic support. #52

I want to see (on Travis CI) if this package builds for ROS Kinetic - Ubuntu Xenial (release is requested #51).

Kinetic jobs passed now that all dependencies are cleared. Two jobs (this and this) that use .rosinstall file failed due to a current limitation in the upstream and this repo has nothing to do with it. Merging.
