Give `workday-15092022.Rmd` a more meaningful name #3

File https://github.com/CCOMS-UAM/respond-wp2-ecs/blob/experimental/notebooks/notebooks/workday-15092022.Rmd has a not-so-meaningful name. I suggest to change to a name that better represents its content.

What's the notebook about? The "title" field in the yaml header can give a clue.

@Cristrinaranjus usually one "branches" from a certain branch (or the main branch), makes the changes, and then creates a "Pull request" from that new branch into the original branch, linking an issue to the "Pull request". In this case, I suggest that you make the name change in the branch I created from yours experimental/notebooks, and link this issue to the the PR of that branch (I have already made the PR and assigned you as reviewer).
