Add smart lights to garage #236

Turn on when either garage door opens, kitchen door opens.

Turn off when BOTH close or 10 minutes pass.

I'll have to buy them. For now, I've added in low energy leds.

Might make sense to buy one switch instead rather than 4 bulbs.
