(1) Enable Boolean operator logic in searches, i.e., NOT or AND or OR
(2) Allow search by MRD number
(3) When searching, in the “External database reference” have the CSD / ISCD / COD as options in a dropdown menu.
(4) For the shown reports of searches (where only some items are listed), do not show submitter and ORCID ID, but rather show database (which one) and the reference code.
(5) When doing an edit: add a notification that an edit has been made successfully. Currently there is no signifier the database has registered an edit and the entry only appears changed in results after reloading the page, also the database accepts new versions even if no changes have been made so there is a liability for uploaders to make multiple "new" versions of an entry when trying to edit at current.
(6) Allow the chemical name to be edited once uploaded.(Following Simone's email reply: this could be changed to a FAQ saying where this is necessary, contact the repository administrator)
