What is URL for solvers?

We haven't "released" the catalogue yet, so projects and test cases are in situ in the setup of the ccp-wsi website i.e.: https://ccp-wsi.ac.uk/about/linked_projects/ https://ccp-wsi.ac.uk/data_repository/test_cases/

Where do solvers sit?

Then at some point we'll move projects and test cases (but setup aliases as well so old links still work) to https://ccp-wsi.ac.uk/catalogue/projects (remove the linked?) and https://ccp-wsi.ac.uk/catalogue/test_cases?

Have changes URLs to from software to solver for now so it's makes more sense but will need to change them again, presumably to https://ccp-wsi.ac.uk/catalogue/solvers - this will be done when projects and test cases go to that URL as well

Don't forget to update URLS in the various related_tools.html templates

Have temporarily changed all URLS to </catalogue/...> to help demo what the grand plan is in the commit above. I think I've made the changes in all the relevant places so to undo see commit 6e526e430a76612a512c30ed3fbaae71f235049e

Forgot to change URLS in header template (search pages need the header in the centre whereas record pages have the header left aligned)

In order to best show the potential of the catalogue to the working group we're going to implement it as a catalogue in release 2 (rather than integrating solvers into the website as we did with projects and test cases for release 1).

So, we need:

• https://ccp-wsi.ac.uk/catalogue/solvers/
• https://ccp-wsi.ac.uk/catalogue/projects/
• https://ccp-wsi.ac.uk/catalogue/test-cases/.

We need aliases for the test cases - wordpress will have to do this.

We also need a home page for the release now, see #137

The urls were already catalogue/solvers etc from a previous commit so no further action needed here.
