Make consistent name/title and description of resource types #121

Solvers have a "brandName" and a "shortStatement"

Projects have a "Title" and a "subTitle" and a "description"

Test Cases have a "Title" and a "description"

Make consistent so everything has a "Title" and a "description". Projects can have a subTitle too (this is a bit like the Test Case ID but it's probably best to keep those separate)
