Home page for release 2 #137

As described in #102 we need a catalogue home page for release 2. This catalogue home page can either be in wordpress or the catalogue and if in wordpress could technically hand it over to Ed or Ignacio to action....

If do in the catalogue then can modify the draft made in #110 to be appropriate for this release.

As mentioned in #102, this can't be done in wordpress because all catalogue pages are going to go under /catalogue now

Note "Featured" uploads are actually just 6 randomly selected uploads - for the purpose of the prototype for the working group

Have replaced the trending and stats graphs with search images for each resource type - it's too much to generate actual trending and stats graphs for the prototype and we can't really have mock ups as that could confuse the working group
