fusion_annotation uses a docker to run variety of bash and python scripts. These were originally built for h19 and support for hg38 is questionable. We found that the cytoband file used for hg38 is actually from hg19. Also, support for newer GTFs is absent as only defaults (which are unmutable docker embedded files) are used... not ideal.
