STARens: Unsorted positions #26

Several SJ samples have errored out at STAR step with the following errror

[E::hts_idx_push] Unsorted positions on sequence #38: 238253489 followed by 238253488 tbx_index_build failed: /data/khanlab2/processed_DATA//SJ030348/SJRHB030348_D1/SJRHB030348_D1_T_HJ25YBGX2/SJRHB030348_D1_T_HJ25YBGX2_ENS_SJ.out.tab.bed.gz
