Someone besides Katherine should merge this one in since it's an excellent way to learn how to update the website. If you update the site correctly, you will see a new button called "Lighting Talks" on the nav bar. For video instructions on how to update the website, merge my other pull request and then read the README.md or search the Coders Club youtube channel for it.

@kmolo fixed. Changed the permissions of the video to 'unlisted'
