Fix foqus acronym: Surrogates not Sensitivity #181

The acronym should also be, FOQUS: Framework for Optimization and Quantification of Uncertainty and Surrogates, not Sensitivity.

I've changed this in the repo description, but not in the readme. Need to look in other places that it might need to be changed as well.

Looks like this was fixed in the README.md by @fsoepyan via ecdbf5ba1a6975a9627374de96c60b8e1b6118fe and d422da90ec7b44b0eb60f10eb3053fce3f8a75ed

Not sure if there are other locations that it needs to be updated or not...
