FOQUS installation video for Python 3 #481

The installation instruction videos we have are for the Python 2 version of FOQUS. We now need a new set of videos for the Python 3 version of FOQUS.

To install FOQUS in Windows, below are the software we need to download. Please let me know if anything is missing from this list.

Anaconda (https://www.anaconda.com/distribution/): Python 3.7 version
Miniconda (https://docs.conda.io/en/latest/miniconda.html): Python 3.7 version, Windows
FOQUS (https://github.com/CCSI-Toolset/FOQUS)
PSUADE (https://github.com/LLNL/psuade/releases)
Microsoft SQL Server Compact 4.0 (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17876)
SimSinter (https://github.com/CCSI-Toolset/SimSinter/releases/)
Turbine Lite (https://github.com/CCSI-Toolset/turb_sci_gate/releases/)
ALAMO (https://minlp.com/alamo-downloads): Windows
NLopt (https://nlopt.readthedocs.io/en/latest/): The installation will need to be done in the Anaconda prompt by typing "conda install -c conda-forge nlopt"
R (https://cran.r-project.org/): Windows

I plan to borrow a laptop (without FOQUS installed) to record the installation videos. I have already placed a request for the laptop.

Good news: To create the FOQUS installation videos, I found out that I can record my computer screen using VSDC Free Video Editor.

I have recorded the videos.
My next step is to edit the videos, and upload these videos to YouTube.
