AspenConsumerConsole job IDs

• Job IDs stay same on 'reset=false' until hit error, then new directory is made. So likely errors are all 'folder_name -1'

• Jobs completed much faster at the end of this run.
  700 to 790 took about 30 minutes ( 45 ACM jobs )
