Not sure which of this PR or #7 should be merged, or if both, in which order.

This PR looks to have the following issues:

[x] LICENSE.md says "foqus" not "MEA Steady State Model" (this is probably my fault)
[x] The docs reference "CCSIMEAModel.bkp" whereas the file in "CCSI_MEAModel.bkp"
[x] The list of figures in the doc needs to be regenerated, there's a book mark error for fig 2

That last push from me should fix the 3 little things I found above.
