Modifications Required for Release 3.2.0 #16

@ksbeattie , I have updated the README file and the product documentation to reflect changes required for Release 3.2.0, in which both Aspen version V10 and V11 will be supported by proving separate dll files (ccsi10.dll and ccsi11.dll). Since the dll file is not attached to the release, I will send it to you in a separate link
