This RFC defines how DFPWM data is stored in WAV files. It lists the structure of the file (following WAV standards & the WAVE_FORMAT_EXTENDED structure), the UUID used for DFPWM data, and how data is stored in the data chunk.
I don't want this to be merged quite yet, as I'd rather have the oeed standards go through first.
