Appetite seems only to conflicting with Tough As Nails. The launch is successful when all of the mods are installed but not Tough As Nails. The error of your logs pointing out that both mods are trying to edit the same code of vanilla minecraft.
This error needs to be fixed by Tough as Nails since they are using a compatibility unfriendly method of changing vanillas code (overwriting methods instead of using injection points). This seems only be implemented like this in 1.16.5 since both mods works fine for 1.19.2
So you probably need to report it to their repo: https://github.com/Glitchfiend/ToughAsNails/issues
Minecraft version: 1.16.5
Forge version: 36.2.39
Mods present: Create version 0.3.2g; IguanaTweaksReborn (Now known as Survival Reimagined) version 2.8.5; Tough as Nails version 4.1.0.9; Appetite version 1.5.0; irrelevant APIs
Issue: Failure to start at game launch ... Note that these incompatibilities are not linear- but only occur when the mods are combined in a complicated fashion. It would take a lot to explain, so I have included a picture to help simplify the compatibility relationships between all four mods. I have done a few hours of testing and know these to be correct. As a side note, the APIs for these mods (InsaneLib and Flywheel) have been proven to not be the cause of the errors. ... In hindsight, I think the compatibility relationship can be summed up easily by saying, "Create and IguanaTweaks cannot be installed with Appetite only if Tough as Nails is also installed. " I think this explanation works a lot better, but I already made the graph so I'm going to leave it lmao
