Is there any way to disable the purple block layer? I'd like to dig from the Overworld to the Beneath to the Nether, and (aside from the unavoidable loading screen) have it feel like I'm just digging down deeper into the earth, rather than digging down to find a mysterious portal.
These purple blocks are required because they represent the blocks in the adjacent dimension and perform the teleportation. They allow you to interact in some extend with the blocks in the neighboring dimension, stand on them to not immediately fall back down when teleporting upwards and they make sure you would actually have room to stand in the other dimension when arriving there.
The only thing I could do is change their texture.
If they represent the blocks in the other dimension, would it be possible to match the texture? Or if that makes things difficult, maybe there could be a config option for texture?
