Doc index update #162

Updating the index file to match the current situation.

I tried to have the second commit be on the second branch (doc-index-update) and only the first commit on the first branch (hollys_branch), but what I did to try to make that happen was not successful. (At first I didn't understand that if I wanted to have two commits as two different pull requests, that they needed to be on two separate branches so they ended up on the first branch, and then inadvertently on the second branch as well - doh!)

There is no difference between the two branches, since what I tried to do did not work.
