Rename the CDMS2 tuto (and others?) #199

I have just opened the Jupyter-notebooks Tutorials page in order to locate the cdms2 tutorial for one of our interns, and it occurs to me that the title, CMDS2 101, may not be a good choice

I know 101 because I have spent 1 year as an exchange student in the US, but you can't assume that foreigners will associate 101 with introductory class
the tutorialss titles should be as informative as possible (without being too long)
I'm not sure CDMS2 should be capitalized (ie use cdms2)

I suggest something like:

Introduction to cdms2
Input/output with cdms2
Using cdms2 to easily read/write NetCDF files
