Ask someone to update the reference to CDAT/cdms2/... on xarray web site #206

@doutriaux1 I don't know the best place for report this, so picked up the web sites issues

I'm having a quick look at the xarray web site, and they mention UV-CDAT and cdms2 in their What other netCDF related Python libraries should I know about? section

You may want to have them rename UV-CDAT to CDAT and maybe link to your gallery or an example or something more recent than the Damien Irving January 2014 blog

I'm not raising an xarray issue myself, because you guys will know the best way to update this

@jypeter thanks for reporting this. As an aside note I'm no longer working on CDAT/VCDAT. @downiec took over the bulk of the project.

@davis278 the beginner guide (https://drclimate.wordpress.com/2014/01/02/a-beginners-guide-to-scripting-with-uv-cdat/) might be worth porting to our newer format too.

@doutriaux1 Olivier B told me that yesterday during Sébastien "Goodbye ceremony"! No Charles working on CDAT, no Sébastien on ESGF, I feel like I have stumbled into a possibly hostile alternative universe (with no Charles, Dean and Bob)!

@downiec Would it be possible to maintain a list of who is working on what in CDAT (and also give credit to past contributors!), maybe in the Contact page (just the names and the github "@somenameXYZ")?

@jypeter I understand the feeling! I'm working to catch up with everything that was put on my lap and will try to look into this issue soon as I can. Thanks for bringing it to my attention!

@doutriaux1, sadly my percentage of time on the CDAT project has noticeably shrunk due to other responsibilities, so I'm not sure I'll be the right person to port the guide over to the newer format, though it would be a good idea!
