This PR includes fixes to the templates and files used to get the automatic deployment for npm, docker and conda packages working again. The 'publish' step was not working for the last two PR's, causing the circleci fail after branches are merged to master. This hopefully fixes publishing step so that latest updates will be automatically deployed correctly moving forward.
