Updates to make tests also work on firefox (in addition to chrome). Updates to some common methods so use WebDriverWait() so that I can set BasePage's _delay to a mininum value.

@muryanto1 I see you have an xvfb setup. @scottwittenburg we should use it on vcs to ake sure we get correct results with the non-mesalib. In case we run into opengl issues, the following link should help: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/6281998/can-i-run-glu-opengl-on-a-headless-server
