Display hyde generated content from uvcdat-site #1

As part of the deployment process, build and serve content from the uvcdat-site repo, generated via hyde.

This is now doable, thanks to the HydeFinder; running python mange.py collectstatic will collect any already hyde gen'd files and shove them in the configured STATIC_DIR.
