The goal of this ticket is to have a better understanding of what OCR tools are out there that we can readily leverage for form processing

• AWS offerings
• Other tools

Acceptance Criteria Please write up a doc and save it to the drive and present the findings either in slack or as a techtalk in the dev sync meeting.

Additional context consider the following criteria

• How good is the tool, accuracy
• Ease of use
• Ease of implementation for developer
• Integration (API access)
• Security and data handling requirements (HIPAA Compliance/FED RAMP Moderate)
• How fast does it process the PDFs
• Cost
• Language accent support
• Closedsource or Opensource (preference for opensource)
