The goal of this spike is to determine if it's possible to identify what triggered an eICR from just the eICR alone. Preliminary findings from early user research with CHI has highlighted a pain point that it's not always feasible to identify why an eICR was triggered and match it to an RCKMS rule. Using the LAC data, the goal is to identify if/how it's possible to identify why an eICR was sent.
We also have access to the RR (reportability response), which can be used as a test to determine if the logic is properly identifying the triggering condition.
