Please do research into current CDC surveillance systems. Keep these questions in mind when doing the research. Create a document answering these questions.

  1. How it is hosted a. Locally or in a Public Cloud
  2. Who are the primary users(Epi’s researchers) a. What roles and permissions
  3. How does this system integrate with other systems a. Message/data exchange paradigms i. API ii. SFTP
  4. What Data Standard is enforced?  a. PHDC? b. Maven data standard c. Hl7 d. FHIR
  5. Integration with Front End and UI systems a. What codebase are these integrations in? b. What does the end-to-end workflow look like
  6. What Data Validation is required?
  7. What support is available(Maven Specific) a. We have a request to make changes who would be the authority that we should contact
