bootstrap support in Phylogeny? #130

Need bootstrap support values, and the option to hide or display them at the nodes. Also ability to change font size on those values.

MicrobeTrace doesn't compute bootstrap support values. How important is it to have them?

The tree is not really usable without support values. Those are what tell us how reliable a node and it's branches are, Currently MicrobeTrace does not display support values which exist on a an imported nwk tree either. Can discuss at next meeting on effort needed to add this versus benefit. I guess it depends on whether you consider this a phylogeny tool or not.
