DEV and Mossy: Tree view goes wonky of tree layout changed #872

when I start with tree view, it shows the traditional layout with nodes colored as in the 2D network. When I change to circular, it jumps to a corner, and loses node colors too. Pl. see video below

Needs to reapply same formating/styling after layout change. Goes back to default.
