Create new databases for DEX and EDAV in STG environment

Created an Incident request for to create the databases in STG.

Need to create the Databases on the STG databricks workspace. Databricks Workspace: https://adb-5189663741904016.16.azuredatabricks.net/?o=5189663741904016 Database Names:

ocio_dex_stg - This has to be link to DEX storage account (ocioededatalakedbrstg)
ocio_edav_dex_stg - This has to link to EDAV storage account (edavprddatalakedexstg)
