Enterprise Data Exchange (DEX) is a new cloud-native centralized data ingestion, validation, and observation service scoped for common data types (HL7, FHIR, CDA, XML, CSV) sent to the CDC. It helps public health stakeholders who send data to the CDC while reducing the maintenance efforts, complexity, and duplication of ingestion points to CDC.

- Updated Validation API documentation to include support for DAART
- Added validation profiles for NRSS
- Bug fixes on PFHLIP FLU profiles
- Fixed a bug on lib-bumblebee for primitive types and cardinaltiy > 1
- Included meta_ext_uploadid as part of metadata
- Updated the Debatching report for Receiver-Debatcher Function with appropriate metadata and deployed file-sink sidecar function to provision the report to programs.
 - Deployed Processing Status Reports sidecar to submit report to PS API
