Integrate documentation site with vanity domain name #48

Background

We want to make this easily accessible to CDC personnel. Let's get a domain name for easy access.

Action requested

Make sure the workloads are accessible from outside the internal network. Can we use dibbs.cloud for this?

Acceptance Criteria

Decide on a vanity URL path
Ensure all certificates (HTTPS) and other required assets are in place
Test site for proper functionality.
