Background

CDC programs will need environments that can process anonymized data. These should be sandboxed from STLT-focused environments.

Action requested

Create and deploy new TF, based on the existing modules, that allows for the creation of networking and a K8S cluster for the new DMZ.

Acceptance Criteria

Stg environment exists
Prod environment exists
TF has been successfully updated to reflect changes.
Infrastructure CD changes have been correctly added.

Additional context

CD changes for building blocks will be created as part of a separate ticket.
