Background

The new Octopus installation will need tentacles for deploying to each of our clusters. This will require infrastructure changes and the creation of a helm chart.

Action requested

Create the infrastructure code for Octopus tentacles.

Acceptance Criteria

Helm chart created
Tentacle instance deployed on cluster as part of cloud code.
