Octopus Deploy has been working on integrating Argo! As a result, we will ice the ArgoCD effort for the time being. If Octopus ends up missing features, or we are unable to support the cost, this ticket will be re-activated.

Since the team is no longer leveraging self-managed Kubernetes for its implementations, this ticket is no longer relevant. Closing accordingly.
