Port Draft Plan in SharePoint to GitHub Issues / Projects #170

This looks nice. I would like a walkthrough of your workflow. In general, I think we could use the project for planning "Epics" and each "Epic" can be composed of smaller issues. We would have to sort of hack that together for the moment, but tasklists are currently in Github beta.

I also wonder if it makes sense for each sprint to have a project? Might be too much overhead.
