BLOCKED because a lack of data with Clinical Tests

Add the Clinical Tests field to the eCR Viewer.

Additional Information

We'll need to test to see whether or not this field is already being converted to FHIR, or if we'll need to complete both FHIR conversion and adding to the eCR Viewer.

Need to find an example of these in the eCRs. Then chat with Sarah to determine how to display this data.

After reviewing the LAC Data I was not able to locate any Clinical Tests data. Marking this ticket as blocked until additional data is provided.
