Things to change:

Remove “ums”
Change name to participant code (in participant tracker)

Words that transcript captures incorrectly, often:

@sarahtress -- cleaned (more speedily) and did notes. This was the VT interview, and I struggled with takeaways as the participant didn't necessarily seem to be the ideal target audience for the research.
