What needs to be done

Now that our QA process is completed, condense the issues in the spreadsheet and write tickets from them.

[x] Group all the issues in the spreadsheet (a new spreadsheet may be needed, that's fine)
[x] Make tickets out of those individual groups in Zenhub using our bug template
[x] As tickets are created, make sure to link them to the original issues they're resolving (this will help ensure nothing falls through the cracks)

Why it needs to be done

We need to address the issues found during QA -- but these issues need to be made into tickets.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Each issue in the spreadsheet has a corresponding bug ticket

Additional context

Please include the screenshot links in the bugs - this will make resolving them easier.

Once all tickets are created, this team will work with leads to prioritize the issues in our backlog.
