[EPIC] LAC Summary Findings #370

Work to inform a case study

Goals:

Primarily, we want to document the LAC pilot for future DIBBs team reference, and we hope that this documentation will also help to: Potentially justify extending the LAC pilot Demonstrate the public health outcomes impacted from implementing and using building blocks Understand product-market fit

Timeline:

may depend on LAC pilot timeline? Want initial draft (summary findings) to be shared w/ USDS by end of April to inform whether or not we will extend MOU w/ LAC

Audience:

DIBBs, LAC, CDC, USDS - internal document (all stakeholders), how does this tie to public health impact, how do we validate the perceived value of eCR vs the actual value of eCR in LAC’s ecosystem Retrospective What we delivered What went well What could have gone differently Open questions that we would want to answer if we had more time

Initial findings:

LAC midpoint PPT as a resource Already have a lot of knowledge on the team - need to conduct desk research to synthesize existing team knowledge

Deliverable:

Initial impressions doc (should be more formal)
Focus group findings Skylight branding – Skylight research report template Peggy Chau to link

Open questions:

Is this something we want to publish on our website over time?

@aathwal3 wondering if the case study idea after the summary findings are completed would be a ticket under this epic or a new epic entirely?

@pkchau-skylight I think a case study would be a separate epic that uses the content from the summary findings work

Sprint goal: Rough outline of what the report will look like; first draft of content (bullet points) created.

Update 5/1: Sprint goal completed; most of the content written in paragraph format now. Major effort this week will be turning the lessons learned section into a more polished product.
