SPIKE: Desk Research into NBS Modernization APIs #664

Action Requested

Research any publicly available documentation about the APIs available (or projected to be available) in NBS 7.0.

Acceptance Criteria

The NBS modernization Github repos have been scoured for any available API documentation, and findings relevant to DIBBs have been written in an informal doc.

Background & Context

As the ingestion pipeline for NBS, we'll need to figure out how to share data with them.
