Describe your feature request in this format: As a (persona)__ I want to (action or feature)__ so that _(expected outcome) Identify a pilot site that is doing POC testing and is willing to be the first user of the app.

Describe the solution you'd like and the specific acceptance criteria to be completed Identify at least one assisted living facility in Pima County to serve as our first pilot site

Additional context Working with Pima to identify the pilot sites.

Looks like we have a site. I'm going to move this to "In Review" until we have a meeting with them and double check we are a go.
