As a curious citizen, I would like to learn about what this PRIME project and all it's many components are, so that I can be better informed / know where the source code and development work is happening / how to contact the team.

Links to the repos and documentation, plus any guidance on where to learn more, participate, contribute code, etc.
A contact method (probably a single email for folks to reach out of they have questions or want to engage somehow)
Make sure CDC and USDS approval folks are ok with what we're publishing
