Background

The PDI MVP set is defined in AirTable
AZ has a standard reporting guide flat-file defined https://www.azdhs.gov/documents/preparedness/epidemiology-disease-control/infectious-disease-epidemiology/novel-coronavirus/lab-resources/adhs-guidance-and-Spec-doc.pdf
The HHS guidance does not include this information

Acceptance Criteria:

Map the data we have to the data AZ needs in the CSV ordering facility, testing lab

It looks like we are capturing all of this data except for Specimen Type. I'm following up with Jason Hall on whether this is important for POC tests, but it's probably worth asking AZ how important it is for them. The tests we'll be reporting can use either the nasal swab or the nasopharyngeal.

@jlusds FYI on the AZ follow up.

@RickHawesUSDS is this meant to be in the data hub board, or is there something specific you want from the data input team?

@willusds This was meant as a SimpleReporter requirement. If you have this item request from AZ (and others) tracked somewhere else, then by all means dup this issue out.
