Add whitelist request with CDC for http://sftp-labs.dshs.texas.gov/ port 22 for staging #112

please fill out the change request form to allow outbound SSH to host==sftp-labs.dshs.texas.gov port:22 for staging . You can test with your -SU account that it's working by opening an SSH session to the Function App containers and then connecting (if you get the login prompt it's working at the firewall level).

CDC team has whitelisted the request but we are still running into issues with running ssh into the site listed
