Some Java files were added recently to the source for ReportStream and the SonarCloud configuration did not work out of the box (errored out about missing binaries), so scanning for those files was disabled. These files are just POJOs and so there was limited risk to not getting them scanned immediately but it would be nice to get the SonarCloud updated
