This is the basic configuration of App Insights to PagerDuty:

[ ] Connect PagerDuty webhook to App Insights (using Key Vault so it can be referenced in Terraform)
[ ] Migrate existing alerts to PagerDuty
[ ] Reference implementation available from ReportStream (contact Ron)

This tickets covers all environments:

[ ] demo
[ ] training
[ ] prod
